The Mission Viejo Girls Softball 10U Silver team "Dirt Dawgs" had an awesome "Runner-Up" Finish at the 2007 Memorial Weekend Capistrano Classic Tournament in San Juan Capistrano.

MVGS was on fire as they defeated Palos Verdes "B" team 5-1 & El Cajon 15-0...this seeded MVGS #1 in their bracket.

In Semi Final competition MVGS defeated Aliso Viejo 10-1 and went on to the Championship game against Palos Verdes "A" team. MVGS took a solid Runner-Up Finish against Palos Verdes District with an 8-3 game.
